Shearing and Procedure Tables enable alpaca owners to shear their herd at their leisure in a safe manner for both the alpaca and the owner. Our Shearing and Procedure Table was designed for portability, ease of use, compact storage capability and safe use with the least amount of strain on the owners and alpacas.

The Alpaca Shearing and Procedure Table is an indispensable piece of equipment for alpaca owners. The table assembles and disassembles easily for transport or storage, and can be stored in area less than 6" in width when the legs are removed. The Shearing and Procedure Table can be easily transported in the bed of a pickup truck. Extension arms on either side can be adjusted to accommodate both large and small animals. The top is an 'hourglass' shape, which enables the shearer easier access.

The Shearing and Procedure Table top is constructed on an ingenious hinge device, enabling the shearer to strap the alpaca safely in place while the top is vertical, then swing both table top and alpaca to a horizontal position for shearing. The table top will pivot vertically to either side. The shearing table comes complete with a nylon abdomen support for safely securing and releasing your alpaca, and four adjustable leg restraints.

The Shearing & Procedure table also works well for veterinary procedures such as surgeries and geldings.

"This shearing table is affordable and effective! I have shorn several hundred head of alpacas each spring comfortably for the past several years on this table. It is easy to break down and reassemble and carry with me in my Suburban or mini-van all over the state and beyond as I shear for others. We have also used it at home on the farm for toenail trimming for the particularly uncooperative alpacas and for restraint while trimming teeth or performing some veterinary procedures."
