Free Education and Support We understand that some first time users may not be familiar with the use & function of an ultrasound scanner. Our ultrasounds are fairly simple to use, very functional and down right fun. However in an effort to bridge the gap of knowledge that may exist we provide additional support for users to insure success. Included in the purchase of each ultrasound is 2 hours of free support from Dr Steve Purdy, Director of the Camelid Studies Program at U Mass Amherst. Dr Purdy will provide support via the phone or on-site at the Camelid Studies farm at U Mass in Hadley, MA. This support is scheduled with Dr Purdy by the user and additional support is available if desired for a fee.
